The Faith of a Foreigner

Lucas 7:1-17
During Jesus’ earthly ministry, the Bible records only two instances of Jesus commending someone for their “great faith”—a Canaanite woman and a Roman centurion, both foreigners in the eyes of the Israelites. What does this teach us about God’s heart for all people, and what can we learn from someone whose faith amazed even Jesus?
